1. Introduction

Welcome to Mopify. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our cleaning services. By booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. Mopify reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

2. Service Agreement

Our services include residential, commercial, deep cleaning, move-in/out cleaning, and custom cleaning packages. The nature and extent of cleaning will be confirmed during booking. Any tasks not mentioned or requested outside the scope of the agreement will require prior approval and may incur additional charges. We strive to deliver consistent service, but exact results may vary based on the condition of the premises.

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be confirmed in advance through our official website, customer service helpline, or mobile app. Payment must be made in full before the cleaning appointment, unless alternate terms have been pre-arranged. We accept debit/credit cards, UPI, and other secure online payment methods. Invoices will be issued upon request, and payments are non-refundable once the service is rendered.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules may change. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full. To reschedule, please notify us at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled time to avoid additional fees.

5. Liability & Insurance

Mopify is fully licensed and insured. We take full responsibility for damage caused directly by our team during service. However, we are not liable for:

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. All personal information collected — including name, contact details, address, and payment information — is used solely to fulfill your cleaning service requests and for communication purposes. 7. Modifications

Mopify reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be updated on our website and will become effective immediately. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acknowledgment and agreement to abide by the revised terms.
